EDESIO CAMPOS SIERRA works from Reus, a town in Tarragona that has been spinning and weaving for two centuries, and that history is part of why this studio exists. We keep eight pieces: four dresses and four tops drafted to be worn under a coat or on their own. The intent is a wardrobe that does not need a season to make sense, where a cowl-neck velour mini still has a lace-trim tee to sit with next spring. Everything is photographed in daylight, and the measurements printed on each page are taken flat from the sample we photographed, not translated from a supplier sheet.
The dress and the layer
A dress is only half the outfit; the layer decides it. Our tops are cut with a slim body and a generous armhole, so they disappear under a coat without a bulge at the shoulder, and the sleeves finish where a cuff shows. The dresses are cut on a natural waist with enough room through the hip to sit and stand without a readjustment. Puffed sleeves are set on a shorter head so they hold their shape after an evening instead of collapsing at the seam. Each style is worn over and under the other pieces on the rail before it is approved, because a wardrobe is a system rather than a list of items.
Cloth we can answer for
We choose fabrics we can describe honestly: a cable knit that keeps its definition after washing, a plaid cotton that holds its check, a velour with enough weight to fall, a mesh whose flocked print does not lift at the fold. Small runs let us buy by hand and reject a roll when it shrinks or pills, even if a style has to wait a month. We wash every sample three times before it is photographed, because the second wash is where a cheap knit gives itself away. If a cloth cannot survive a winter, it does not go on the rail, whatever it looked like on the roll.
The practical part
Orders leave Reus within two business days, packed flat with the tags attached. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. You have fourteen days from delivery to change your mind under Spanish and European consumer law, and three years of legal guarantee if something turns out to be faulty. We answer messages ourselves, usually within one business day, and we will measure a garment again if a number is missing from the page. The studio is small, the collection is short, and both are deliberate: we would rather know eight pieces properly than stock eighty we cannot describe. Nothing is listed before we have worn it.
